  • Záření z neonu-podobného zinkového rentgenového laseru (?= 21,2 nm, tau< 100 ps) řízeného laserovým systémem PALS bylo fokusováno kulovým Si/Mo mnohovrstvým zrcadlem aby mohlo ablaovat polymethylmetakrylát, monokrystalický křemík a amorfní uhlík. Jednalo se o vůbec první pozorování ablace materiálů laserovým zářením v měkké rentgenové oblasti, tj. ?<30 nm. (cs)
