  • V této práci optimizujeme podmínky růstu 8-palcových BaF2 monokrystalů, které mohou být vypěstované metodou Czochralského (Cz) s odolným systémem ohřevu a teplotními izolátory. Vypěstované krystaly jsou bezbarvé a průhledné, 205 mm v průměru a délkou 90 mm. Vypěstované BaF2 monokrystaly ukazují dobrou transmisi (> 80%) nad vlnovou délkou 200 nm a velmi rychlou dobou života 0.60-0.63 ns. (cs)
  • In this work we optimize the growth condition of 8 size BaF2 single crystal which could be grown by Czochralski (Cz) method with the resistive heating system and thermal insulators. Grown crystals were colorless transparent with 205 mm in diameter, 90 mm in lenght. Grown BaF2 single crystals show good transmittance (> 80%) over 200 nm wavelenght and superfast time of 0.60-0.63 ns.
