  • Byly studovány vlastnosti a množství Al, Au, Cu, Nb, Ni, Pb, Sn, Ta a W iontů emitovaných z plazmatu generovaného Nd:YAG laserem 0.9 J/ 9 ns. Změnou laserové intenzity na povrchu terčíku od 1x109 W/cm2 do 1x101 1 W/cm2 se měnila rychlost (energie) iontů od 2x106 cm/s do 2x107 cm/s (100 eV - 10 keV). Měřené proudové hustoty se pohybovaly od 4 mA/cm2 (pro Au) do 43 mA/cm2 (pro Cu) ve vzdálenosti 44 cm od terče (cs)

Changing the laser power density on the target surface from 1x109 to about 1x101 1 W/cm2. The ion velocities (ion energies) ranged from 2X106 to 2X107 cm/s (100 eV-10 keV).
