  • Byl studován elektrický transport a tunelovací magnetorezistence nanokompozitní vrstvy Fe-Ta-O (v teplotní oblasti 4-300K) připravené plazmovou tryskou. Vzhledem k pozorování významných změn při měření tunelovacích charakteristik během periody čtyř měsíců jsou navrhována kvalitativní zlepšení nevodivé matrice těchto vrstev. Efekt stárnutí se jasně projevuje též na časových změnách rozdělení velikosti nanočástic (cs)
