  • This publication holds the edition and the analysis of the Cistercian calendar, belonging to the manuscript XIII G 23 of the National Library of Prague. The all-round analysis of the text proves that the relevant Order instructions were not only diffused, but found immediate practical application throughout the monasteries of medieval Bohemia, although its position in the 13th and 14th century was marginal vis-à-vis the focal area of the Order. Both the feasts including their liturgical forms and the anniversaries were celebrated at a high degree of accordance with instructions of the general chapters. Calendar thus proves that the conscious effort at achieving unity, prized so highly in the Cistercian order, was not a fiction, at least in some aspects of the white monks' activities, a reality.   • Obsahem publikace je edice a rozbor cisterciáckého kalendária z rkp. XIII G 23 Národní knihovny v Praze. Z důkladné všestranné analýzy textu kalendária vyplývá, že české středověké kláštery ů byť ležely na periférii řádu ů byly o pokynech ze C.elem.teaux velmi dobře informovány a respektovaly je. Svátky a anniversaria včetně jejich liturgické podoby byly slaveny ve značném souladu s nařízeními generálních kapitul. Kalendárium potvrzuje, že touha po jednotě, cisterciáky tolik proklamovaná, byla aspoň v některých oborech řádové činnosti realitou.
