Description	We sequenced unselected integration sites of subgroup C RSV from infected chicken cells and mapped them on the chicken draft genome assembly. RSV-C integrates non-randomly into genes, gene-rich regions, and GC-rich regions. RSV-C does not display any preference for neither transcription starts nor microchromosomes, which might be very important for the development of gene ransfer vectors and gene therapy strategies. (en) Sekvenovali jsme klonovaná místa integrace RSV podskupiny C z infikovaných kuřecích buněk a mapovali je do kuřecí genomové sekvence. RSV-C se integruje nenáhodně se slabou preferencí pro geny, genově bohaté oblasti a GC-bohaté oblasti. Na druhou stranu nepreferuje počátky transkripce a mikrochromosomy. Tento nález podporuje snahy o vývoj vektoru pro transfer genu a genovou terapii na bázi ASLV. (cs)
