Description	Dendritic cell (DC)-based vaccines are being intensively studied for the treatment of a variety of human neoplasms. However, little attention has been paid to the use of these vaccines for immunotherapy of tumour residua after surgery. In this communication, an animal model mimicking human HPV16-associated neoplasms was employed to examine the effect of DC-based vaccines for the treatment of surgical minimal residual tumour disease. Malá pozornost však byla věnována využití těchto vakcín k imunoterapii nádorových reziduí po chirurgickém zákroku. V tomto článku byl využit živočišný model podobný neoplasiím vyvolaným lidským HPV 16 ke zkoumání účinku vakcín dendritických buněk při léčbě chirurgické minimální zbytkové choroby. Byl pozorován pozitivní účinek lokálního podání vakcín dendritických buněk obsahujících onkoproteiny HPV 16 E6/E7 a vystavených působení nádorových lyzátů (cs)
