Description	Cells of transplantable MC38 colon carcinoma of C57BL/6 mice were adapted to growth in vitro, preserving their tumorigenicity. After transduction with a retroviral vector carrying murine interleukin 12 genes, stable transductant cells were obtained producing IL-12. After subcutaneous inoculation into syngeneic mice, the IL-12-modified cells showed reduced tumorigenicity as compared to parental cells. Po transdukci retrovirovým vektorem nesoucím geny pro myší IL-12 byly získány stabilní transdukované buňky produkující IL-12. Po subkutánní inokulaci do syngenních myší vykazovaly buňky modifikované IL-12 ve srovnání s parentálními buňkami sníženou tumorigenicitu. Získané výsledky ukazují, že transdukované buňky bude možno využít jako modelový nádor pro studium protinádorové imunity a/nebo jako adjuvans pro nádorové vakcíny (cs)
