  • Spermadheziny představují rodinu sekrečních proteinů exprimovaných v pohlavním ústrojí kanců, hřebců a býků. Jejich molekulová hmotnost je 12-16 kDa a některé z nich jsou na N konci glykosylovány. Tyto proteiny hrají důležitou úlohu při oplodnění, hlavně při kapacitaci a primární interakci gamet. V této studii jsme určili proteiny lidské semenné plazmy, které vykazovaly imunobiochemickou podobnost s kančím spermadhezinem AQN 1 (cs)
