Description	Po vstupu do buňky při infekci dochází ve viru lidské imunodeficience typu 1 (HIV-1) k sérii kroků zahrnujících reverzní transkripci jeho genomu a vrcholících v integraci provirové DNA do hostitelských chromozomů. Využili jsme program BLAT k mapování genomových pozicí integračních míst v nejnovější kolekci GoldenPath. HIV-1 zřejmě preferenčně integruje do genů, genomových oblastí se zvýšenou hustotou genů, cytogenetických světlých pruhů a oblastí bohatých na GC (cs) After entering a cell during infection, the human immunodeficiency virus type 1 (HIV-1) undergoes a series of steps including reverse transcription of its genome and culminating in integration of proviral DNA into the host chromosomes. We used the BLAT program to map the genomic positions of integration sites in the most recent GoldenPath assembly.
