| - Autologous matrix-induced chondrogenesis (AMIC) is a new method for the regeneration of osteochondral defects. As was shown recently, the mechanical compressive loading affects the biosynthesis of extracellular matrix by chondrocytes. The proliferation of chondrocytes in different scaffolds suplemented by medium components, such as sugars, amino acids etc, and growth factors is formulated on base of the kinetics of these processes. The thermodynamic analysis shows that the steady state concentration of chondrocytes in the final product depends strongly on dynamic loading. Without dynamic loading, it drops to zero, however the final concentration of activated chondrocytes is non-zero.

- Autologní matricí indikukovaná chondrogeneze (AMIC) je nová metoda pro regeneraci osteochondrálních defektů. Jak bylo nedávno ukázáno, mechanické kompresivní zatěžování chondrocytů ovlivňuje biosyntézu extracellulární matrice. Proliferace chondrocytů na různých scaffoldech za pomoci výživy (tzv. medium components) jako například cukry, aminokyseliny atd., a růstových faktorů je formulována na základě kinetiky těchto dějů. Termodynamická analýza ukazuje, že koncentrace chondrocytů ve stacionárním stavu silně závisí na dynamickém zatěžování. Bez tohoto dynamického zatěžování se jejich koncentrace sníží na nulu, ačkoli přitom koncentrace aktivovaných chondrocytů zůstává nenulová. (cs)
