Description	V této práci je popsán nový fenomén reversibilní, na teplotě závislé imunofluorescenční detekce epitopu (epiC), rozpoznávaného monoklonální anti-aktinovou protilátkou in situ v chromatinových strukturách buněčných jader a mitotických chromozomů lidských fibroblastů. Časový a prostorový obraz epiC pozitivity naznačuje existenci s replikací-spřažené modulace ranně se replikujících chromatinových domén, která přetrvává na nově zreplikovaném chromatinu od ranné S fáze do ranné G1 fáze dalšího buněčného cyklu. (cs) In this report, a new phenomenon of reversible, temperature-dependent immunofluorescence detection of epitope (epiC), recognized by monoclonal anti-actin antibody in situ in chromatin structures of human fibroblast cell nuclei and mitotic chromosomes, is described. The temporal and spatial patterns of epiC labeling suggest the presence of replication-coupled modulation of early S phase replicating chromatin domains that persists on newly replicated chromatin from early S phase to early G1 phase of the next cell cycle.
