Description	Foreign direct investment has since 1990 contributed to the considerable modernization of the economy. New technology was implemented and also new management concepts and labour organization. Industrial relations were influenced by still remaining influence of command economy or were created new in new created companies. The book analyses the new forms of industrial relations. (en) Ausländische Direktinvestitionen haben in Ostmitteleuropa seit 1990 einen erheblichen Modernisierungsschub der Wirtschaften bewirkt. Neue Managementkonzepte, Unternehmensorganisationen und Technik wurden vielfach mit implementiert. Die Arbeitsbeziehungen waren am Anfang entweder noch geprägt von den Bedingungen der Planwirtschaft oder mussten ganz neu gestaltet werden. Das Buch analysiert die entstandenen Modelle der Arbeitsbeziehungen.
