Description	The publication summarize the results of the project The influence of territorially specific factors on the formation of political orientation of voters. The first chapter describes the regional development of the Czech society between 1991 and 2001. The second chapter deals with the testing the program LOCCONTINGENCY that is used to adapt unnown cells of contingency tables to known marginals. The last chapter discuss the concept of civic society and its use for regional analysis of behavior. (en) Práce seznamuje s výsledky grantového projektu Vliv teritoriálně specifických faktorů na formování politických postojů voličů. První kapitola poskytuje přehled o vývoji české společnosti mezi roky 1991 a 2001 v regionálním pohledu. Druhá kapitola se soutředí na ukázku praktického použití programu LOCCONTINGENCY, který slouží k odhadu kontingenčních tabulek z marginálních frekvencí. Závěrečná kapitola diskutuje koncept občanské společnosti a jeho využití pro analýzu regionálních rozdílů chování.
