Description	Ce chapitre revient sur la place occupée par l’enjeu constitutionnel au coeur de tous les conflits qui ont jalonné les deux années qui ont suivi le départ du président Moubarak, que ces conflits s’expriment dans la rue, dans les urnes ou encore devant les tribunaux. Ces luttes ont porté sur le processus de rédaction de la Constitution autant que sur le contenu de cette dernière. Elles éclairent les positions et les intérêts des différentes parties en présence, ainsi que les différentes conceptions de la démocratie dont celles-ci se réclament. This chapter is focusing on the role of the constitutional issue at the heart of all the struggles during the two years following the ouster of president Mubarak. These struggles around the writing process and the content of the Constitution happened in the streets, in the ballot boxes, and before the courts as well. Studying them, we can better understand the interests of the different Egyptian political players, as well as their divergent conceptions of democracy (en)
