  • In 375 individuals from Elbe R. and Danube R. basins in the Czech Republic protein variability at populations electrophoretically were detected order to identify spined loach species. 11 loci polymorphic from18 loci were recorded. Sympatric occurrence of two different hybrid diploid-polyploid complexes of the loci and intensity of bands analysis hinted. It was confirmed by analysis of C. taenia (Germany, Poland) and C. elongatoides (Elbe R., Dyje R. basins) populations. The species-specific alleles distinguished genomes and diploid contribution of C. elongatoides and haploid contribution of C. taenia in the Elbe R. basin was confirmed. In the Dyje R. basin, at C. elongatoides haploid or diploid contribution of still unidentified species (Cobitis sp.) was confirmed. The results confirmed hypothesis on the presence of two different hybrid diploid-polyploid complexes: C. elongatoides to C. taenia (Pšovka Creek, Elbe R. basin), and C. elongatoides with C. sp. (Dyje R., Danube R. basin).

  • U 375 jedinců z povodí Labe a Dunaje v České republice byla elektroforeticky detekována populační variabilita proteinů pro identifikaci druhů sekavce. 64 jedinců C. taenia sensu (severní Evropa) bylo analyzováno pro srovnání. Z 18 lokusů bylo 11 polymorfních. Analýzy lokusů a intenzita proužků naznačily sympatrický výskyt dvou hybridních diploidně-polyploidních komplexů. Hypotéza byla potvrzena analýzou diploidních populací C. taenia (Německo, Polsko) a C. elongatoides (Labe, Dunaj). V povodí Labe druhově specifické alely rozlišily genomy druhů a potvrdily diploidní C. elongatoides a haploidní příspěvek C. taenia. Dunaj diploidní C. elongatoides byl doplněn haploidním nebo diploidním příspěvkem dalšího druhu (Cobitis sp.), jehož identifikaci model lokusů neumožnil. Výsledky potvrdily hypothesu dvou rozdílných hybridních diploidně-polyploidních komplexů. C. elongatoides a C. taenia v Pšovce (povodí Labe) a C. elongatoides a C. sp.v Dyji a jejím soutoku s Moravou (povodí Dunaje). (cs)
