Description	Cílem této studie byla detekce časných znaků potenciální emoční tenze během simulované dlouhodobé kosmické mise u 3 mužů, jež se zúčastnili simulace 135 dní trvajícího pobytu na orbitální stanici. V průběhu pokusu byly měřeny vybrané fyziologické parametry, posádka byla natáčena na video a byly pořizovány nahrávky komunikace posádky s %22řídícím centrem%22. Z výsledků lze vyvodit zvýšenou úroveň psychosociální zátěže členů posádky, již lze dokumentovat (1) zvyšující se úrovní průměrné denní srdeční frekvence, (2) zvyšující se úrovní průměrné klidové srdeční frekvence, (3) prodlužující se délkou komunikace posádky s kontrolním centrem a prodlužující se její neformální částí, (4) prodlužující se dobou, kterou členové posádky trávili ve volných dnech v kójích. (cs) The purpose of the present study was to detect early signs of potential emotional tensions during simulated extended (135 days) space mission (N=3). Ambulatory recordings of physiological parameters, videotapes of crew behaviour and audiotapes of the crew -control centre communication were analysed. From the results follows the increasing level of psychosocial load encoumtered by the crew that can be documented by (1) increasing level of mean daily heart rate frequency, (2) increasing level of resting mean heart rate frequency,(3) increasing length of crew - control centre communication and its informal part, and (4) increasing mean time spent by the subjects in bunks on leisure days.
