  • V článku popisujeme a charakterizujeme experimentální sestavu pro Ramanovu mikrospektroskopii opticky zachycených mikro- a nanočástic suspendovaných ve vodném prostředí (ramanovská optická pinzeta). Tento systém s nezávislými svazky pro optické zachytávání a excitaci Ramanova rozptylu umožňuje modulaci polohy zachyceného objektu vzhledem k ohnisku ramanovského svazku a tudíž i maximalizaci detekovaného signálu Ramanova rozptylu a pořizování prostorově rozlišených obrazů zachyceného vzorku. S využitím tohoto systému jsme získali spektra Ramanova rozptylu z jednotlivých opticky zachycených mikrometrových a sub-mikrometrových polystyrénových kuliček a buněk kvasinek. (cs)
  • We describe and characterize a dual-beam experimental system for Raman microspectroscopy of micro- and nanoobjects optically trapped in aqueous suspensions (Raman tweezers). This system with independent trapping and Raman excitation laser beams enables to modulate the position of the trapped object relative to the Raman beam focus for maximizing the detected Raman signal and obtaining spatially resolved images of the trapped specimen. Using this experimental system, we have obtained Raman scattering spectra of individual optically confined micron and sub-micron sized polystyrene beads and baker's yeast cells.
