Description
  • Article describes with the most frequently used single crystal scintillators for detectors of signal electrons in SEM nowadays. Special attention is paid to the yttrium aluminum perovskite doped by cerium (YAP:Ce). Further, new light guide material made from modified organic glass is outlined. Transmissivity of this light guide material of different thickness was measured and cathodoluminescent efficiency of the YAP:Ce connected with the quartz glass, the standard organic glass and finally with the modified organic glass was manifested.

  • V článku jsou popsány v současné době nejpoužívanější monokrystalické scintilitátory pro detektory signálních elektronů v SEM. Zvláštní pozornost je věnována ytrito hlinitému perovskitu dopovanému cerem (YAP:Ce). Dále je nastíněn nový světlovodný materiál vyrobený z modifikového organického skla. Byla měřena propustnost tohoto světlovodného materiálu o různých tloušťkách a byla demonstrována katodoluminiscenční účinnost scintilátoru YAP:Ce spojeného s křemenným sklem, konvenčním organickým sklem a s modifikovaným organickým sklem.
