  • Válcové vzorky lité polykrystalické superslitiny Inconel 792-5A byly cyklicky deformovány v celkové amplitudě deformace při 700 °C až do lomu. Jsou dokumentovány křivky cyklického zpevnění, cyklická deformační křivka a únavová křivka života. Dislokační struktura byla studována technikou orientovaných fólií v transmisním elektronovém mikroskopu. Rastrovací elektronový mikroskop byl použit k výzkumu povrchového reliéfu. Charakteristické prvotní cyklické zpevnění je následováno tendencí k saturaci při cyklováním největšími amplitudami deformace. Při cyklování nižšími amplitudami deformace je napěťová odezva stabilizována. Povrchové skluzové stopy a skluzové pásy leží podél rovin {111} uvnitř zrn a protínající kanály a precipitáty. Experimentální výsledky soustředěné na povrchový reliéf a dislokační strukturu jsou diskutovány s napěťově deformační odezvou. (cs)
  • Cylindrical specimens of cast polycrystalline superalloy Inconel 792-5A were cyclically strained under total strain control at 700 °C up to fracture. Cyclic hardening curves, cyclic stress-strain curve and fatigue life curve were documented. Dislocation structure was studied with the technique of oriented foils in transmission electron microscope. Scanning electron microscopy was used to investigate the surface relief. High amplitude straining is characterized by initial hardening followed by the tendency to saturation. Low amplitude cycling results in the stabilized stress response. Surface slip markings and slip bands lying along {111} planes in the interior of grains cut both channels and precipitates. Experimental results concerning the surface relief and dislocation structure are used to discuss the stress-strain response.
