Description
| - Previously published time-temperature precipitation diagrams showing carbide evolution were modified with the use of additional experimental data. The same low alloy steels as investigated originally were annealed at 793 and 873 K for 3000 and 10,000 which,compared to the longest annealing time the previous investigation of 1000 h,brings the system closer to equilibrium. Carbides extracted into carbon replicas were characterised by transmission electron microscopy,including electron diffraction and energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy. The results of the additional experiment presented in the modified diagrams provide more information about the evolution and stability of M3C,M2C,M7C3,M23C6,M6C and MC in the investigated steels.

- Byla provedena modifikace dříve publikovaných diagramů precipitace karbidů na základě dodatečných experimentů. Nízkolegované oceli studované již dříve byly nyní žíhány při teplotě 793 a 873 K po dobu 3000 a 10000 hodin,což ve srovnání s dobou 1000 hodin u předchozích experimentů poskytuje stav bližší termodynamické rovnováze. Karbidy extrahované do uhlíkové repliky byly zkoumány pomocí transmisní elektronové mikroskopie,včetně difrakce elektronů a energiově dispersní rtg spektroskopie. Výsledky dodatečných experimentů vynesené v modifikovaných diagramech poskytují detailnější údaje o stabilitě a vývoji karbidů typu M3C,M2C,M7C3,M23C6,M6C a MC ve zkoumaných ocelích. (cs)
