Description
  • The possibility of application of non-completed austenite homogenisation is studied as the effective method of thermal strengthening of low-alloyed high-strength MnSiCrMoV steels having different carbon content (0.3%, 0.54%, 0.76%). The method is characterized by using high heating rates for austenization that allows the formation of heterogeneous macro- and microstructural conditions having improved balance of strength and fracture toughness behaviours. The role of various structural parameters of strengthened steels in initiation of brittle fracture is discussed. The possibility of using steels having carbon content more than 0.35-0.4% after strengthening with this method as construction steels is proved

  • Na nízkolegovaných vysoce pevných MnSiCrMoV ocelích s různým obsahem uhlíku (0.3%, 0.54%, 0.76%) byla studována možnost využití neúplné homogenizace austenitu před kalením jako efektivní metody zvyšování pevnosti. Metoda je charakterizována použitím vysokých rychlostí austenitzačního ohřevu, což umožňuje tvorbu heterogenních makro a mikrostrukturních podmínek se zlepšenou kombinací pevnostních a lomových vlastností. Současně byla diskutována úloha různých mikrostrukturních parametruů při iniciaci křehkého lomu. Byla prokázána možnost použití ocelí s obsahem uhlíku větším než 0.35-0.4% zpevněných výše uvedenými metodami pro konstrukční aplikace (cs)
