  • Byly separovány a detekovány různé kmeny rostlinných patogenů.- nativních i dynamicky modifikovaných neionogenním tensidem na bázi kyseliny pyrenmáselné (kultivovných nebo přímo z rostlinných tkáňových kultur), pomocí kapilární izoelektrické fokusace.Kapilární izoelektrická fokusace byla použita rovněž při konečné identifikaci mikroorganismů výběrem z výsledků získaných pomocí plynové chromatografie.   • Different strains of plant pathogens - native or dynamically modified by non-ionogenic tenside on the basis of pyrenebutanoate (cultured or direct from plant tissue suspensions) were separated and detected by capillary isoelectric focusing. Capillary isoelectric focusing was used also at the final identification of microorganisms by selection from the results acquired by gas chromatography.
