Description	Structure of the title compounds - synthetic precursors of phytoalexin analogs - includes per-O-acetylated D-glucose and N-phenyl substituted indole carbo(thio)xamide moieties. Fragmentation mechanisms of these compounds have been studied by ESI-IT and MALDI-TOF mass spectrometry techniques. In the primary ionization process, per-O-acetylated indole glucoside cationized adducts have been observed. Three fragmentation pathways of the protonated molecules are described. The influence of electron-donating or electron- accepting groups of the aromatic ring on the fragmentation pathways was also discussed. Fragmentační mechanismy těchto sloučenin byly studovány pomocí ESI-IT a MALDI-TOF technik hmotnostní spektrometrie. V primárním ionizačním procesu byly pozorovány adukty per-O-acetylindolových glukosidů s kationty. Byla popsána tři schémata fragmentace protonovaných molekul. Vedle toho byl diskutován vliv elektrondonorních a elektronakceptorních skupin na aromatickém kruhu na způsob fragmentace (cs)
