Description	Elektroforetické mobility a tvary zón sanguinarinu a chelerythrinu jsou ovlivněny omezenou mobilitou jejich nabitých forem a pH závislou chemickou rovnováhou mezi kationtovou a nenabitou formou těchto alkaloidů. Experimenty s méně rozpustným sanguinarinem ukázaly, že jeho zóna má tvar chvostujícího píku, jehož mobilita je koncentračně nezávislá, jestliže nastřikovaná koncentrace sanguinarinu jen mírně převyšuje jeho rozpustnost v použitém pufru. (cs) Electrophoretic mobilities and shapes of zones of sanguinarine and chelerythrine are affected by limited solubility of their uncharged forms and by the pH-dependent chemical equilibrium between cationic and uncharged forms of these alkaloids. Experiments with the less soluble sanguinarine showed that its zone in a buffer have the shape of tailed peak with concentration-independent mobility if the injected sanguinarine concentration exceeds only slightly its solubility. Electrophoretic mobilities and shapes of zones of sanguinarine and chelerythrine are affected by limited solubility of their uncharged forms and by the pH-dependent chemical equilibrium between cationic and uncharged forms of these alkaloids.
