Description	Elektrochemické, imunoelektrochemické a akustické metody byly aplikovány při detekci poškození DNA, v našem případě modelováno přítomností abázických míst v krátkých oligodeoxyribonukleotidech o známé sekvenci. Za použití komplexu osmia osmičelého-2,2-bipyridinu (Os,bipy), který se selektivně váže na tyminové zbytky v poškozené DNA, bylo možné detekovat už i jedinou chybějící bází. (cs) Electrochemical, immunoelectrochemical and acoustic methods were applied in detection of DNA damage, in our case modeled by presence of abasic sites in short oligodeoxynucleotides of known sequence. Using complex of osmium tetroxide-2,2-bipyridine (Os,bipy) that selectively binds to unpaired thymine residues in the damaged DNA, detection of single abasic site was possible. Electrochemical, immunoelectrochemical and acoustic methods were applied in detection of DNA damage, in our case modeled by presence of abasic sites in short oligodeoxynucleotides of known sequence.
