  • Dvojnásobná eliminační voltametrie s lineárním posunem potenciálu byla využita při analýze homooligonukleotidů na visící rtuťové elektrodě. Eliminační funkce eč u této metody (funkce zachovává difuzní proud a eliminuje kinetický a nabíjecí proud) poskytuje dobře rozlišitelný a citlivější signál (ve srovnání s jednoduchou eliminací) u bází nukleových kyselin (adenin a cytosin).   • Elimination voltammetry with linear scan in double mode was employed in the analysis of homo-ODNs on hanging mercury drop electrode. Analogously to single elimination function E4 (conserving the diffusion current and eliminating kinetic and charging currents), the double elimination function E4 yields well readable peak-counterpeaks of reducible nucleic acid bases (adenine A and cytosine C). In comparison with single elimination these peak-counterpeaks are higher by more than one order of magnitude.
