Description	The present study reports the results of epidemiological study (PCBRisk project) detecting dioxin-like, estrogenic and antiestrogenic activities in human blood samples collected in two differently PCB-polluted regions of Eastern Slovakia using established in vitro bioassays. We also studied mRNA expression of CYP1A1 and 1B1 in lymphocytes and the genotypes of CYP1B1 as possible biomarkers of exposure for PCBs and related compounds. (en) Tato studie podává zprávu o výsledcích epidemiologické studie (projekt PCBRisk) stanovující pomocí in vitro testů estrogenní, antiestrogenní a dioxinovou aktivitu ve vzorcích lidské krve odebraných ve dvou oblastech východního Slovenska různě znečištěných PCB. Studovali jsme také expresi mRNA genů CYP1A1 a 1B1 v lymfocytech a genotyp CYP1B1 jako možné biomarkerys expozice PCB a příbuzným sloučeninám. (cs)
