Description	Změny v antioxidačních adaptačních mechanismech indukované různou délkou střevní ischémie byly sledovány u potkanů kmene Wistar. Zaškrcení artérie mesenteriky superior trvalo 15, 30, 45, 60 a 90 minut a poté následovala 120 minutová reperfuze.Vzorky séra a střevní mukózy byly odebírány jak na konci ischémie tak reperfúze. Zvýšená aktivace cirkulujících neutrofilů po reperfúzi byla nezávislá na délce ischémie. Ischémie tenkého střeva potkana zvyšovala aktivitu a přirozených antioxidačních mechanismů v séru v závislosti na délce ischémie a přítomnosti či absenci následné reperfůze. Navzdory mobilizovaným antioxidačním mechanismům byly pozorována zvýšená peroxidace lipidů jak séru tak ve vzorcích mukózy. (cs) Changes in antioxidative adaptive mechanisms induced by various periods of small intestinal ischemia was followed up in Wistar rats. The superior mesenteric artery was occluded for 15, 30, 45, 60 and 90 min and then the reperfusion was set for 120 min. Samples of the serum and intestinal mucosa were taken at the end of ischemia or reperfusion. Enhaced activity of circulating neutrophils ater the reperfusion was irrespective of the duration of ischemia. The ischemia of rat small intestine enhanced the activity of natural antioxidant mechanisms of the serum depending on the duration of ischemia and the presence or absence of subsequent reperfusion. Contrary to the mobilized antioxidative mechanisms, increased lipid peroxidation was observed in serum and mucosa samples.
