  • V této práce jsme provedli molekulárně cytogenetickou analýzu diploidních a allopolyploidních rostlin rodu Tragopogon. Tyto allopolyploidy jsou zajímavé pro svoji krátkou evoluční historii a opakovaný vznik v přírodě. Zjistili jsme, že pozice satelitních sekvence DNA, které tvoří dlouhé úseky na centromerách a telomerách, zůstávají v těchto polyploidních genomu nezměněny. Rovněž nebyly zjištěny významné chromozomální translokace. (cs)
  • In this paper we have carried out a molecular cytogenetic analysis of several diploid and tetraploid Tragopogon species. The allopolyploid species are well known examples of recent and recurrent allopolyploidy in nature. We found that the centromeric and telomeric repeats remain largely unchanged in the allotetraploids suggesting that parental chromosomes did not change since the allopolyploidy event. No chromosomal translocations have been found.
