Description	Im zweiten Teil der Kritik der reinen Vernunft verfaßte Kant eine wichtige Kritik der rationalen Psychologie. Er zeigt, daß ihre Überzeugung, die Seele sei eine immateriale Substanz, nicht dem Umstand entspricht, daß das denkende Subjekt als kein denkendes Objekt zu fassen ist. Denn es ist zum einen ein %22kategorialer Fehler%22, die Kategorien der Objektivität, durch welche das denkende Subjekt die Objekte bestimmt, zur Bestimmung desselben Subjekts anzuwenden. Es ist zum zweiten ähnlicher Fehler, das Denken und sein Bewußtsein als eine empirische Erfahrung aufzufassen, die durch die Kategorien der Objektivität zu fassen sei. In the second part of Critique of Pure Reason, Kant developed an important criticism of the rational psychology. Against its conception of the soul as an immaterial substance he claims that thinking subject must not be taken as a thinking object. He gives two reasons. First, it is a %22category mistake%22 to use the categories of objectivity used by the thinking subject in order to determine objects as determinations of the same thinking subject. Second, it is a similar mistake to conceive thought and its consciousness as an empirical experience which can be grasped by categories of objectivity. (en)
