  • Until now, Dryopteris remota had only been recorded in the Czech Republic from the Moravian Karst, ca 70 years ago. This record has been mentioned in some studies, but references to the data’s origins have always been missing. For this reason, D. remota had been considered as an uncertain taxon for the flora of the Czech Republic. Recently, these unclear records from the Moravian Karst were verified by re-examination of original herbarium specimens. As a new species for Bohemia, D. remota was found in 2002 close to the village of Ktiš in the foothills of the Bohemian Forest (South Bohemia). We suggest its classification as a critically endangered plant species of the Czech Republic.

  • Dryopteris remota byla dosud uváděna z České republiky před 70 lety z Moravského krasu. Tento údaj byl opakovaně uváděn v mnoha studiích, ovšem bez odkazu na originální data. Z tohoto důvodu byl druh považován za nedostatečně prokázaný pro území ČR. Nejisté údaje o jeho výskytu byly vyvráceny nálezem herbářových položek z Moravského krasu. Dryopteris remota byla také nalezena v roce 2002 jako nový druh pro Čechy. Nová lokalita leží v Šumavském podhůří u obce Ktiš v jižních Čechách. Navrhujeme zařadit kapraď tuhou do kategorie kriticky ohrožených druhů české květeny. (cs)
