  • Králíci byli po odstavu krmeni dietou doplněnou o komerčně dostupnou konjugovanou kyselinu linolovou (CLA) v množství 5 a 10g/kg krmné směsi. Krmivo s CLA bylo podáváno po celou dobu výkrmu (42 dnů), nebo 3 týdny před porážkou. V mase a v játrech CLA zvýšila podíl nasycených mastných kyselin (MK) na úkor mononenasycených MK. Koncentrace CLA v lipidech masa vzrostla z <1 mg/g MK až na 36 mg/g MK. Koncentrace CLA v tkáňových lipidech rostla s obsahem CLA v krmné směsi. Doba zkrmování (3 vs 6 týdnů) ukládání CLA v tkáních neovlivnila. Tudíž, podávání CLA po kratší dobu před porážkou, ale ve vyšší koncentraci je vhodným způsobem k získání masa králíků, obohaceného o CLA. (cs)
  • Weaned rabbits were fed diets supplemented with a commercial preparation of conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) at 5 and 10g/kg. Diets were fed for the whole fattening period (42 days) or 3 weeks before the slaughter. CLA increased the proportion of saturated fatty acids (FA) at the expense of monounsaturated FA in meat and liver. Supplementation of the diet with CLA increased CLA in lipids of meat from < 1 mg/g FA up to 36 mg/g FA. The concentration of CLA in tissue lipids increased with the CLA content in the diet. Duration of CLA feeding had no effect on CLA deposition. Thus, dietary inclusion of CLA at higher concentration (10g/kg) and feeding CLA-supplemented diet for a shorter period seems to be suitable for production of CLA-containing rabbit meat.
