Description	Using complete cyt b gene sequences, the phylogeny of morphologically diagnosable subgenera Bicanestrinia, beysehiria and Cobits sensu stricto was reconstructed. The monophylia of Bicanestrinia was rejected showing instead four divergenet lineages, Beysehira is member of Bicanetsrinia III lineage and Cobitis s. str. monphyletic lineage. Split between all lineages had to ccur 15 MYA. (en) Za použití kompletní sequence mtDNA cytochromu b genu byla rekonstruována fylogenie morfologicky diganostikovatelných podrodů Bicanestrinia, Beysehiria a Cobits sensu stricto. Monofylteciký původ Bicanestrinia byl odmítnut a místo něho zjištěno, že ve skutečnosti tvoří 4 divergentní linie, kde Beysehiria náleží do Bicanestrinia III a Cobitis s.str. je monofyletická linie. Lze dovodit, že k odlišení těchto linií došlo asi před 15 mil. lety. (cs)
