| - The spermiation of tench males was stimulated with Supergestran containing mammalian LHRHa lecireline at the following doses: 5, 10, 20 and 40 lg kg)1 b.w.; then with carp pituitary suspension (CPS) at a dose of 2 mg kg)1 b.w. and with a control of saline physiological solution. The following days, meaning 24, 48 and 72 h after injection, sperm was collected to evaluate volume and the number of sperm per male per kg body weight (B.W.) - Spermiace samců lína byla stimulována Supergestranem, obsahujícím savčí analog LHRH lecirelin v následujících dávkách: 5, 10, 20 a 40 µg. kg-1 živé hmotnosti; suspenzí kapří hypofýzy (CPS) v dávce 2 mg.kg-1 ž. hm. a fyziologickým roztokem jako kontrolou. V následujících dnech, tj. 24, 48 a 72 h po injikaci bylo odebíráno sperma ke zjištění objemu a počtu spermií na kg živé hmotnosti. Procento pohyblivých spermií a rychlost pohybu byla měřena 48 h po hormonální injikaci a po 72 h od injikace bylo sperma hodnoceno podle oplozenosti a líhnivosti. Všech 42 samců v pokusných skupinách bylo diploidních. Živá hmotnost se významně nelišila mezi skupinami. Nejvýznamnější stimulace spermiace bylo dosaženo s LHRHa v dávkách 20 a 40 µg. kg-1 ž.hm. a CPS ve srovnání se samci kontrolní skpiny a s nižšími dávkami LHRHa.
