Description	Twenty-seven Holstein cows were fed total mixed rations (TMR) supplemented with protected palm fat (PPF), rapeseed cake (RC) or extruded soybeans (ESB) for 14 weeks. Cows of the PPF group consumed significantly less feed and produced more milk than other cows. Inclusion of oilseeds into TMR led to a higher proportion of polyunsaturated fatty acids of n-3 series, conjugated linoleic acid, and its precursor vaccenic acid in the milk fat. Supplementation of TMR with ESB decreased index of atherogenicity of milk fat, and supplementation with RC increased index of spreadability of manufactured butter. Feeding oilseeds thus decreased milk yield but improved nutritional quality of milk fat. (en) Do krmné dávky dojnic byl zařazen chráněný palmový tuk (PPF), řepkové výlisky (RC) či extrudované sojové boby (ESB). Dojnice skupiny s PPF přijímaly významně méně krmiva, ale měly vyšší nádoj než dojnice ostatních skupin. Zařazení olejnin zvýšilo zastoupení polynenasycených mastných kyselin řady n-3, konjugované kyseliny linolové a jejího prekursoru, kyseliny vakcenové v mléčném tuku. Přídavek ESB snížil atherogenicitu mléčného tuku a přídavek RC zvýšil index roztíratelnosti másla. Zkrmování olejnin tudíž snížilo produkci mléka, ale zvýšilo nutriční hodnotu mléčného tuku. (cs)
