  • The aim of the presented paper was to increase the developmental competence of bovine oocytes from small follicles by modified two-step culture conditions; in the first step by the 48 h inhibition of germinal vesicle breakdown (without using cdk inhibitors) and in the second step by using traditional maturation conditions.
