Description
  • The study of SI InP:Fe – based particle detectors with emphasis to the investigation of the role of electrode technology is presented. Detectors fabricated with various active contact areas (0.0314 – 0.442 mm2) and two types of a “blocking” electrode metallization (Ti/Pt/Au and Zn/Au) are studied. I-V characteristics and pulse-height spectra of 241Am and 57Co at various temperatures (300 – 255K) are presented.

  • Studovali jsme radiační detektory konstruované na bázi semiizolačního InP:Fe s ohledem na optimalizaci elektrodové struktury. Zaměřili jsme se na kontakty s různou aktivní plochou (0.0314 – 0.442 mm2) a dva typy „blokujících“ elektrod připravených metalizací Ti/Pt/Au a ZnAu. Prezentujeme I-V charakteristiky a detekční spektra pro 241Am a 57Co měřená při různých teplotách (300 – 255K). (cs)
