  • Senzor s povrchovými plazmony byl optimalizován pro přímou, rychlou a citlivou detekci série syntetických oligonukleotidů s modifikovanou strukturou, které mají potenciál využití v antisensní terapii. Použitá imobilizační metoda byla optimalizována pro dosažení cílené povrchové hustoty a efektivity hybridizace. Pomocí vyvinutého senzoru bylo možné specificky a vysoce reprodukovatelně detekovat oligonukleotidy o koncentraci >=0.1nM. (cs)
  • We optimized surface plasmon resonance (SPR) biosensor for a rapid, direct, sensitive and label-free screening of synthetic oligonucleotides (ONs) with modified structure potentially applicable in antisense therapy. An optimized immobilization method was employed to obtain desired ligand density and hybridization efficiency. It was showed that the sensor is capable of detecting ONs in concentrations as low as 0.1 nM with high specificity and reproducibility.
