Description
  • A new approach to surface plasmon (SP) resonance biosensing based on spectroscopy of multiple SPs on a special multi-diffractive grating coupler is reported. In this approach, excitation of multiple SPs of different wavelengths is simultaneously observed, which makes it possible to determine binding-induced changes in the refractive index distribution at the sensor surface. The potential of this new concept is used to determine optical variables of the bovine serum albumin multi-layer.

  • Popsána nová metoda monitorování biochemických interakcí metodou rezonance povrchového plazmonu. Tato metoda je založená na simultánní excitaci vícero povrchových plazmonů. Simultánní excitace umožňuje zkoumání rozložení profilu indexu lomu podél povrchu senzoru. Možnosti tohoto přístupu jsou předvedeny experimentálním měřením profilu indexu lomu vrstev tvořených molekulami bovine sérum albuminu. (cs)
