Description	Byl studován vliv přídavku Ce, Eu, Tm, Eu2O3 a Tm2O3 do růstové taveniny při epitaxním růstu z kapalné fáze na vlastnosti InP vrstev z hlediska jejich využití při konstrukci radiačních detektorů. Z měření teplotně závislého Hallova jevu vyplynulo, že dominantní příměs, která způsobuje n-p vodivostní konverzi v případě Ce je samotný prvek. U ostatních prvků příslušná příměs nebyla identifikována. (cs) We have focused on the investigation of the impact of Ce, Eu, Tm, Eu2O3 a Tm2O3 addition in LPE growth process on the properties of InP layers in the context of their application in detector structures. Temperature dependent Hall measurements have shown that the dominant impurity resposible for p-n conductivity conversion is Ce itself. Dominant acceptors that cause the conductivity change in the case of Tm, Eu, Eu2O3 and Tm2O3 admixture remain to be identified. We have focused on the investigation of the impact of Ce, Eu, Tm, Eu2O3 a Tm2O3 addition in LPE growth process on the properties of InP layers in the context of their application in detector structures.
