  • Sintrováním stlačeného práškového ZnO v proudu argonu při teploách 1250 až 1300 C byly připraveny protáhlé mikro a nanostruktury s různými morfologiemi na povrchu vzorku. Vzorky byly charakterizovány katodoluminiscencí v rastrovacím elektronovém mikroskopu. Byly pozorovány spektrální změny představované zejména zvýšenou intenzitou zeleno-oranžové luminiscence a vysoká intenzita emise z vnitřního povrchu trubic. (cs)
  • Sintering of ZnO pressed powder under Ar flow at temperatures between 1250 and 1300 C leads to the formation of elongated microstructures and nanostructures with different morphologies on the sample surface. Cathodoluminescence (CL) in the scanning electron microscope was used to characterize the structures. Spectral changes represented mainly by enhancement of green-orange luminescence as well as high CL emission from the internal surface of the tubes were observed.
