Description	Incipient impregnation and mechanochemical synthesis were used to prepare Mo-containing Al-MCM-41 catalysts. The catalysts were examined in thiophene hydrodesulfurization. A partial destruction of the loaded compound was observed in the mechanochemically treated catalysts while formation of aggregates from the particles of different size was detected in the impregnated samples. Over the impregnated catalyst the HDS activity is higher than that over the mechanochemically prepared catalysts. (en) Impregnace a mechanochemická syntéza byly užity při přípravě Mo katalyzátorů na Al-MCM-41 a byla sledována jejich aktivita při odsiřování thiofenu. Byla pozorována částečná destrukce výchozích sloučenin při mechanochemickém způsobu přípravy, u impregnovaných katalyzátorů zase tvorba agregátů z částic různé velikosti. Impregnované katalyzátory byly aktivnější než katalyzátory připravené machanochemicky. (cs)
