  • Byly změřeny izotermy rychlosti homogenní nukleace n-butanolu v heliu metodou difúzní komory s laminárním tokem. Byl studován vliv tlaku nosného plynu na nukleaci v rozmezí celkových tlaků 50 až 210 kPa. Teplotní rozmezí bylo 265 až 280 K a měřené rychlosti nukleace se pohybovaly v intervalu 10^2 cm-3s-1 až 10^6 cm-3s-1. Měřené rychlosti nukleace klesaly s rostoucím tlakem. Vliv tlaku byl nejvýraznější při tlacích pod 100 kPa. Při nukleační teplotě 280 K a udržovaném konstantním přesycení byl rozdíl mezi rychlostmi nukleace měřenými při 50 a 210 kPa asi tři řády. Při analogickém experimentu pro teplotu nukleace 265 K byl vliv tlaku zanedbatelný. Také směrnice izoterem nukleačních rychlostí jako funkcí přesycení závisely na celkovém tlaku, izotermy pro 50 kPa byly nejstrmější, pro 210 kPa nejmírnější. (cs)
  • Homogeneous nucleation rate isotherms of n-butanol + helium were measured in a laminar flow diffusion chamber at total pressures ranging from 50 kPa to 210 kPa to investigate the effect of carrier gas pressure on nucleation. Nucleation temperatures ranged from 265 K to 280 K, and the measured nucleation rates were between 10^2 cm-3s-1 and 10^6 cm-3s-1. The measured nucleation rates decreased as a function of increasing pressure. The pressure effect was strongest at pressures below 100 kPa. At nucleation temperature of 280 K and at the same saturation ratio, the maximum deviation between nucleation rates measured at 50 kPa and 210 kPa was about three orders of magnitude. At nucleation temperature of 265 K, the effect was negligible. Also the slopes of the isothermal nucleation rates as a function of saturation ratio were different as a function of total pressure, 50 kPa isotherms yielded the steepest slopes, and 210 kPa isotherms the shallowest slopes.
