Description
  • The spatial distribution of the energy dissipation intensity in a stired gas-liquid dispersion is studied experimentally. The local values of the energy dissipation intensity are determined from the velocity data obtained by means of contant temperature anemometry. This metod is based on the cooling effect of a flow on a small heated body, providing continuous velocity time series. The processing technique divides the measured velocity signal in parts corresponding to bubbles and to continuous phase. The continuous phase data are statistically processed to get the mean and fluctuation velocity components in all three directions and the kinetic energy of turbulence. The turbulent characteristics in gas-liquid dispersions are compared with those measured in liquid phase.

  • Příspěvek se zabývá experimentálním studiem prostorového rozložení intenzity disipace energie v disperzi kapalina-plyn míchané různými typy míchadel. Lokální hodnoty intenzity disipace energie jsou vyhodnoceny z časového záznamu okamžité rychlosti kapaliny. Pro měření lokálních rychlostí byla použita metoda Constant temperature anemometry. Byla vyvinuta technika zpracování signálu rychlosti, která umožňovala oddělení části signálu odpovídající průchodu bublin anemonetrickou sondou. Ze zbylých částí signálu pak byly vyhodnocovány turbulentní charakteristiky disperze. (cs)
