Description	V kmeni S. cerevisiae BW31a postrádajícím vlastní exportní systémy pro kationy alkalických kovů jsou metodou heterologní exprese funkčně exprimovány proteiny ZrNha1 a ZrSod2-22. Byla tak vytvořena unikátní dvojice GMO pro studium vlastností, biogeneze a degradace těchto dvou strukturně podobných ale funkčně odlišných proteinů podílejících se na vysoké osmotoleranci Z. rouxii (cs) ZrNha1 and ZrSOD2-22 proteins have been functionally heterologously expressed in an S. cerevisiae mutant strain lacking its own alkali-metal-cation exporters. A twosome of unique GMO strains has been created to study the properties, biogenesis and degradation of proteins structurally related but functionally distant, both important for the high osmotolerance of Z. rouxii ZrNha1 and ZrSOD2-22 proteins have been functionally heterologously expressed in an S. cerevisiae mutant strain lacking its own alkali-metal-cation exporters.
