  • We developed software implementation of a number of methods for surface area estimation based on evaluation of 3D image data, namely interactive stereological methods and automatic or semi-automatic digital methods. The methods for surface area measurement were demonstrated on 3D images acquired by confocal microscopy or electron tomography techniques. We compared the above stereological and image analysis methods for surface area estimation from the point of view of their applicability, efficiency and precision

  • Vyvinuli jsme softwarové implementace řady metod pro odhad povrchu, založených na hodnocení trojrozměrných obrazových dat, konkrétně interaktivních stereologických metod a automatických či poloautomatických digitálních metod. Metody pro měření povrchu byly demonstrovány na trojrozměrných obrazech získaných konfokální mikroskopií či elektronovou tomografií. Výše zmíněné stereologické metody a metody analýzy obrazu pro odhad povrchu jsme porovnali z hlediska jejich použitelnosti, účinnosti a přesnosti (cs)
