| - Úloha oxidu dusnatého (NO) a endoteliálního vasokonstrikčního faktoru (EDCF) při spontánní regresi hypertenze byla studována u potkanů vystavených chronické blokádě NO syntázy. Zatímco porucha tvorby NO se zlepšila po přerušení podávání L-NAME - inhibitoru NO syntázy, přetrvávající strukturální změny a zvýšená tvorba EDCF zpomalují pokles krevního tlaku navzdory obnovení aktivity NO syntázy (cs)
