  • Teplotní závislost funkce rekombinantních NR1/NR2B receptorů exprimovaných v HEK293 buňkách byla studována elektrofyziologicky metodou patch-clamp. Byly stanoveny rychlostní konstanty jednotlivých kroků mechanismu aktivace NMDA receptoru v rozmezí 21,9 – 46,5°C, přičemž nejvyšší míru teplotní citlivosti vykazoval proces desenzitizace a resenzitizace receptoru (Q10 = 10,3 resp. 4,6) a odvazování glutamátu (Q10 = 3,6 ) (cs)
