  • Zvýšený krevní tlak (TK) u hypertensních potkanů může být snížen buď inhibicí influxu vápníku nifedipinem nebo inaktivací inhibičních G proteinů pertussis toxinem (PTX). V naší studii bylo snížení TK po injekci PTX provázeno oslabením kontrakcí vyvolaných noradrenalinem pouze u femorálních arterií z WKY. Naopak, nifedipin inhiboval kontrakce vyvolané noradrenalinem nejen u kontrolních WKY, ale také u SHR premedikovaných PTX (cs)
